Delivery

All orders received by 11am Monday to Friday will be shipped that day wherever possible. This excludes non-working days i.e. statutory or business holidays, weekends and non-working days outside our control. In some special and rare circumstances (for example: Fraud screening by your bank) your delivery may not clear in time for our courier pickup and may be held over until the next day. Our system will notify you by 8pm the night of your order when it has been sent. In most cases our couriers will deliver Next Day where possible excluding South Island and Rural deliveries which may take longer. It is not a 'guaranteed Next Day delivery' which is much more expensive however our couriers aim is always to deliver next day where possible and in most cases we have seen that they live up to their aims. We do have to allow them up to 3 working days for delivery in case of delays and other issues. Excludes all promotions - see promotion for details.

Damages

Acres Pet Products are packaged securely for delivery, however, if goods you receive are damaged, you must advise us within 24 hours of delivery, take photos, asssit us in making a claim with the courier company and hold the product for the courier to pickup for replacement.
