We own a kennel and Cattery and have been using Acres dog food and absolutely love it. The dogs are happy and healthy and there is very little waste, if any. Once we heard that Acres were developing a cat food, we could not wait to try it. Amazing product the cats love it, even preferring it to wet cat food. We could not be happier. Not only do we use it in the kennel and Cattery but also give it to our own dogs and cats and we are totally satisfied with the products and recommend Acres to all our customers, family and friends. Hello Acres,, just wanted to say that I think you really do have a winning product here at great value for money (no unnecessary cost going on fancy packaging.) I have been feeding your food to my three and a half year old Hungarian Vizsla for just over a year now and she is in great condition and she seems to enjoy it more than the product that is double the price that I used to feed her (for less quantity) before I found your food. As though that was not enough, every time I have contacted the company I have experienced very friendly staff and the longest I have had to wait for delivery has been about four days and occasionally I have received delivery the very next day!!!! Our 2 short-haired miniature dachshunds have been on Acres for 6 months now. Sam & Ollie love it & they have never looked better. They are in great condition, full of energy & with shiny black coats. Acres keeps their weight in check without them being hungry-with the long back of a dachshund, this is very important. The price is fantastic, compared to what we used to pay. We would happily recommend Acres to anybody.

My dog Angel enjoys Acres dog food. When I first got the food I put it in her treat ball along with her other food and when she rolled the ball to get treats out she would only eat the Acres food and left the rest of the food scattered all over the floor!

We use and also sell Acres Complete dog food and we think it is an amazing product. Our dogs love it and all of our guest enjoy it too. You can feed it to any size dog and we have very little if any left in the bowls after their dinner. We find it gentle on the dogs tummy's which is good for us as there is a lot of poop collection in our day lol. Looking forward to trailing the Acres cat food. :)

Our dog (very active rural dog) will eat anything, so we weren't sure if we would see a change as she treats any food as amazing. Her coat got shinier and she seems more satisfied with her meals when she has Acres dog food. We have been out of Acres food this week and she has been scoffing her cheap substitute but then seems hungry still and begs more. The delivery is always next day and we love it!

We highly recommend Acres biscuits! We were lucky enough to win a competition for a year's supply of Acres Pet food and my dogs love it. Prior to starting Acres, my dog Coco had stopped eating her biscuits. She had stopped eating after our beloved dog Max died suddenly in 2014. I tried offering her a variety of higher end supermarket brand biscuits to entice her to eat, to no avail. Late Jan 2015 we inherited a boisterous 5 mth old puppy named Leo and I had just begun Acres feed. The new biscuits combined with new pup (competition for food) was a recipe for success. Coco began eating again, regained weight lost and she has her appetite for life back. I used to wish Coco would eat more slowly but now I am delighted to see her wolf it down! Thanks Acres :)

My dog Bear has been eating Acres dog food for 2 months now which he loves and if I give him anything else, he looks for the Acres dog food. He has a beautiful shiny coat as a result of eating this dog food, is extremely healthy and happy and I am very impressed with the quality of the feed. I now also own an 8 week old puppy, who is also extremely keen about the Acres dog food wanting to steal it from Bears bowl!!

My six year old Golden Retriever was having some problems last year with hot spots. The vet suggested a change in diet. I did some research and thought I had found Jack's new very wholesome but hugely expensive dog food. With luck though I saw an advert for Acres Dog Food. I read the testimonials, all excellent and decided to have a trial run. Jack's skin cleared up within 6 weeks, he looks in fantastic condition and he loves the taste of Acre's Dog Food.When my dog is happy I am happy. thank you for such an awesome product! If your on a budget and you want your dog to eat well I whole-heartedly recommend Acres. A great price without compromising quality and it tastes so good my boy will tear into the bag when the courier drops it off. Which is amazing since he will turn his nose up at other premium foods that cost me my first born. Its so good the other dogs in the flat have now converted. Their owners found them licking my boys food bowl just for the smell since there's never any crumbs left over. And one of their dogs wouldn't eat anything at all. Really just an awesome product and service with free shipping on offer, can't go wrong.

I contacted Acres to see if they do a specific type of diet to cover my dog as he has allergies. After a lengthy chat about the different diets available I was sent the Grain Free Salmon and Trout formula. Unfortunately when it arrived I noticed that there was a product that he is not allowed on the ingredient list. As it was the weekend I sent an email and promptly on Monday morning I received a call apologising for the mix up and advising of a refund and credit to my account in case there was something else that I would like to get for my dog. I was also asked to send a list of the items that my dog is not allowed to eat so that Acres could talk to their nutritionist to see if there was a diet that could be made specifically to help with his requirements. There is a lot to be sorted in regard to nutritional balance and quality control so I really don't expect to see a product in the near future but it was great to have a pet food company take such interest in working with an owner to try to find an alternative. I've been told that if they can come up with something that they will be in touch as soon as possible. Thanks Acres for addressing the error in such a quick and professional manner. It's rare to get such good customer service nowadays so I was surprised. Such a shame that the food is not suitable for my boy. Great customer service Acres. Truly appreciated.

I purchased the TreatMe 15kg deal. Super impressed with delivery. I think I ordered about 9.30-10pm on the day of the deal and the bag was on my door step when I got home the following day at 4.30pm!! So far my dog - Miss Coal - seems to be enjoying the new bikkies. She has been on Eukanuba Large Breed (green bag) for 2 years and I pay $89.95 for 15kg bag Will definately consider your brand again. My 2 dogs, Chief (11.5) and Fudge (2) are both large breeds and we have tried all the brands from the supermarkets and had started on some from the pet shop. Each brand caused skin problems for both dogs. After starting them on Acres the rash has gone, but more noticeably their coats are shiny and soft, even on the old dog. I would recommend this dog food to every dog. Elle
